Where are you located?

Currently, Kos Physiotherapy and Wellness is a fully mobile practice - that means I come to you! We do have the ability to meet at a gym location in Southwest Minneapolis and St. Louis Park.

Do you accept my insurance?

Kos Physiotherapy and Wellness is not within insurance networks. This is because we believe that through being an out-of-network provider, we can provide the highest quality of care to each individual person we work with.

Do you accept HSA or FSA?

Yes! You can use your FSA or HSA!

How much does it cost?

Overall cost can vary based upon overall complexity, but sessions can be up to $247/hr. We do accept payment plans.

Do you work with men? Or more than just the pelvic floor?

Yes! Men can have pelvic floor issues, and we can certainly help with those. We also specialize in sports/orthopedic injuries - shoulders, low back, hips, and knees.
